Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2025 has been announced officially. It has a total of 630 vacancies. These are spread over the Navik and Yantrik posts. This is such an opportunity for prospective candidates with 10th/12th/ Diploma qualifications. 

The computer based application will be received between 11th June 2025 and 25th June 2025. Applicants have to fill in the application programme on the official portal of ICG at joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in. Applicants should apply within the stipulated dates and ensure that they have met all the demands prior to commencing the registration process.

Eligibility Criteria of Indian Coast Guard 2025

In case you are considering applying for CGPET 01/2026 or CGPET 02/2026 then you should know the eligibility criteria of the Indian Coast Guard. The applicants should only be male in gender and must be qualified both educationally and in age depending on the post they are being considered:

Navik (General Duty

  • Qualification: 12 th pass in Physics and Math with a recognized board
  • Age :18-22 years (Born between 01 Aug 2004 and 01 Aug 2008)

Navik (Dt Domestic Branch)

  • Qualification: The candidate must be a 10th pass of a recognized board.
  • Age: between 18-22 years

Yantrik

  • Qualification:
  • 10 th pass

Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics (3 or 4 years)

  • OR 12th pass and 2 or 3 years diploma
  • Age: 18 years to 22 years (Born between 01 Mar 2004 and 01 Mar 2008)

Age Relaxation

OBC (NCL) +3 years

SC/ST: +5 years

Pay Scale Indian Coast Guard 2025

Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2025 have a good pay scale and various benefits under the  th CPC:

  • Navik (GD/DB): 21700/month (Level 3)
  • Yantrik: 29, 200 /month (Level 5)
